Arts Council Wales / Centre for Alternative Technology: Developed an iterative, participatory and reflexive film-based community dialogue process to improve relationships between a significant local employer and surrounding communities. Employed narrative therapy techniques to engender safe discussion between opposed groups around contentious issues. Resulted in clearer communication & improved relations between the organisation and fourteen local communities with requests for continuation of the work from all parties involved.
